FOLLOWING YOUR INTUITION. CAPTURING THE UNEXPECTED.
Since 2016, Thoss has maintained an intuitive archive of urban life. This creative laboratory culminates annually in a precisely curated artist book of 96 images, which has recently evolved into a multidisciplinary dialogue with composer Aruán Ortiz.
SURRENDER
PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN AT WEDDINGS. HOLD THEM, KEEP THEM, LET THEM LIVE ON YOUR TERMS.
Reframing marriage as the "Last Universal Ritual," this work focuses on Mutual Surrender—the release of performative expectations to reveal the raw, unscripted architecture of human connection.WILKENROTH LANDSCAPES
AN EXPLORATION OF SELF THROUGH NATURE AND CHILDHOOD.

His latest body of work, "Wilkenroth Landscapes," marks a significant return to his origins. This project is a contemplative exploration of memory and identity, inspired by retracing the daily paths his parents walked in his German hometown. He views the landscape not merely as scenery, but as a spiritual and formative element of his personal history. The work was recently exhibited at Deutsches Haus at NYU in April 2025.
